1.The machine is combined with pneumatic,mechanical and electric mode,to achieve automatic continuous process of feeding sheet,forming,demoulding,transverse cutting and piling.Using PLC control system makes the machine working more reliable.2. Using servo driving system for stable and reliable sheet feeding. Width, length and speed of feeding can be stepless adjusted accurately, suitable for different mould's arrangement, to improve use rate of material. 3. The functions of two-times upper moulding and vibration demoulding can greatly improve the demoulding effect of the forming machine, and enhance the forming range of products. 4. The two-step vacuum function is suitable for making products of large depth (height). Suitable for forming by concave & convex mould, convenient for changing the mould. 5. All the upper and lower heaters use hollow far-infrared heating plate. Each plate has one voltage regulator to adjust heating power, one-for-one control can ensure even heating and energy saving. 6. With double-shaft loosing device,transverse cutting and piling unit,to improve the efficiency of production.7.
